Where are you located?
Watchdog Self Storage is conveniently located off Main Street at 111 West 1060 North, Springville, Utah 84663.
Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation? There is no down payment or deposit required.  Setting up a reservation is free of charge.  At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.
How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in.  Our specials typically start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
What are your office hours?
You can visit our office from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday) and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and on all major holidays.

When can I access my unit?
We offer our tenants' gate access every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

How far are you from Provo, UT?
Good question! We’re only 5 miles away, meaning you can reach our property after just a 10-minute drive from Provo, Utah.

What is drive-up access?
If a unit doesn’t have this feature, you will probably need to park your vehicle in a front lot and then carry your belongings all the way to our storage units. With drive-up access, you can easily park your car or moving van a few feet away from your rental, allowing you to unload your belongings in a matter of minutes!
Do you offer RV storage?
Of course! Not only do we have parking spots for your RV, but you can use our wide aisles to park your car, boat, business van, or truck, too. Our facility location makes it very easy to get in and out of from the street.

What is temperature control?
Temperature-controlled storage units are closely monitored to make sure that your belongings are stored in ideal temperature conditions. If you want to ensure that your furniture, business files/records, and electronics are kept in perfect condition while you’re away, this type of unit is your best option.

Will my belongings be secure?
With 24-hour video surveillance, a fully gated facility, and a professional office manager, you can have peace of mind regarding storing your belongings with us!
